To execute your real estate conveyance and Ministry of Migration filing, we collect:
- Full legal names, nationality, and certified biometric passport copies;
- Civil status certificates (apostilled marriage and birth records for 3-generation dependents);
- Proof of residential address and international tax residency certificates;
- Source-of-wealth statements and international bank wire confirmations;
- Greek AFM tax registration and notary deed transcripts.
4. Zero Data Commercialization Guarantee
We maintain a strict zero-sharing policy. We will never sell, rent, license, or monetize your personal or financial data to third-party marketing brokers, real estate portals, or commercial lead networks. Data is shared exclusively with accredited conveyancing solicitors, certified Greek notaries, and official municipal land registry registrars necessary to execute your transaction.
5. Document Retention & Secure Destruction
Upon the issuance of your 5-Year Biometric Permanent Residence Cards and recording of your clean title deeds, copies of sensitive banking statements and financial traces are purged from active server environments in accordance with our Secure Data Destruction Protocol, maintaining only statutory real estate conveyance records required by the Hellenic Tax Authority.
